Burnley FC in the Community are delighted to announce the return of the charity’s Golf Day which will be held at Nelson Golf Club. Bowland IT have agreed to be the prize sponsor for the Burnley FC Charity Golf Day.
The Golf Day, which is kindly being sponsored by the Green Shield Group, promises to a superb occasion for all involved. Proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the charity’s wide variety of programmes around the local area. Teams of four people are now being invited to take part, with several exciting prizes up for grabs including the Brian Nelson Trophy, awarded to the winners.
Bowland IT are also an ‘All Onside’ Business Partner, and get involved regularly with events held by Burnley FC in the Community and Burnley Football Club.
Golfers will also be able to play for a hole in one, longest drive and nearest the pin competition, while an exciting raffle and auction with amazing prizes will also take place. The event takes place on Friday 9th September. Prices for teams of four people are just £220 and includes breakfast and post-round food in the club house.
Hole sponsorship is also available for a donation of £100, where your name / company logo will feature on the hole you sponsor – with all proceeds going directly to fund the charity.
