  • You don’t need to give notice to your current provider
  • Cancelling your current service manually could cause you to lose your business telephone number.
  • If you are in a contract with your supplier currently, you may be charged to leave.  Please ensure you have checked this first before proceeding with us.
  • It is important that the registered address shown on your current bill exactly matches the one you input below.  Address errors incur a £35 per porting attempt.
  • Please inform us if you ever relocate your handsets, as we update the emergency services register with the location of your phones.
  • If your current phone system integrates with a CRM or other platform or service, you may lose this when switching over to us if you don’t inform us beforehand.
