How much do you charge for Business IT Services?
We have two options for our business clients! You can join our business IT plans which start at £200 + VAT per month, covering monitoring, care and support of your complete business IT systems. Our clients who have joined our IT support plans are using us as an outsourced IT provider.
We also offer ad hoc business support, which works out cost effective only if you use us occasionally. Our ad hoc support is charged at £79 + VAT per hour (minimum charge per support session).
Which areas do you cover?
We can offer remote IT support, security monitoring, cyber security, IT support and data backup to any client worldwide. If you require to use us for onsite support, our catchment area is within 100 miles of BB12 7NG.
Do you hold Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, not only are we covered for £1,000,000 public liability claims, we are also covered up to £100,000 for your products, whether this is an issue caused in your home, at our office or during transit.
Are you CRB/DBS Checked?
Yes, our team hold Advanced DBS checks, this is mainly in place because we work in schools, colleges and care homes.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
I am afraid that the visit charge will still apply if you miss your appointment, this is mainly because our slots are high in demand, and a missed appointment could have been utilised by another customer in desperate need of our services.
What is our home visit etiquette?
Our engineers will respect your home and pets. We have trained our team with what to look out for with unhappy dogs, and we kindly ask that homeowners place their dogs in a separate room if they could be dangerous to our support technicians.
We will always ask you if you would like us to remove our shoes, this doesn’t mean we have a preference, but some homeowners actually prefer we leave our shoes on. For environmental and cost reasons, we do not carry shoe covers but we will gladfully remove our shoes before entering your home.
If you have any constructive criticism which you could share with us upon completion of the work regarding how our engineer was with you during his/her time in your home, we would kindly welcome some feedback as this would help us improve the service.
How do you accept payment?
For our IT plan clients, we collect payment by monthly direct debit. Our invoices are automatically sent on the 8th, and payment will be collected on or around the 15th of the month.
For ad hoc clients, we accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and American Express. I am afraid due to branches no longer being around anymore for banks, we can no longer accept cash or cheques due to the difficulty in getting them to the bank. If cash or cheque is your only option, we charge a £15 fee to handle a cheque.
